Bob Swallow
Managing Director

Bob rose through the ranks at BT and Siemens gathering over 40 years of industry experience. Having held senior roles in operations, services and project management before moving into sales and general management. Bob has also held global positions and worked extensively in the USA and Europe.

Bob has spent the past 5 years in consultancy, re-structuring and developing organisations and working on mergers and acquisitions.

     

     
Stuart Radcliffe  

Stuart Radcliffe
Finance Director

With over two decades of experience, Stuart joins Logicalis UK from Unify, where he was Chief Financial Officer.

Whilst in this role, he was responsible for the governance of various territories within APAC, EMEA and Russia, managing a combined business turnover exceeding €400 million.

Prior to this, Radcliffe held Finance Director positions at Acentic, Affiniti, and Omnetica.

     

     
 

Steve Orton
Sales Director

Steve brings over 3 decades of significant sales experience to Logicalis leading a team responsible for Sales and Vendor Alliances.

Joining BT's graduate training program 18 years ago, he methodically gained experience in all key roles in Sales, Marketing and Channel Management.  Steve has a deep understanding of the market spanning Voice, Data, IT Services, CRM, as-a-Service and Cloud offerings, and has been leading teams to drive revenues most recently as Regional Sales Director for Global Services.

     

     
Gerry Carroll  

Gerry Carroll
Solutions Director

Bringing over 20 years of experience in marketing and business development to the team, Gerry joined Logicalis UK in 2011, and over the last 6 years, has played an instrumental role in developing Logicalis UK’s customer centric approach to market, as it looks to help more UK businesses on their journeys towards digital transformation.

In February 2017, he became Solutions Director, responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational marketing and customer relationship initiatives.

Prior to joining the Logicalis team, Gerry held Director level positions at NG Bailey, Pannaway Technologies and Enterasys Networks.

     

     
 

Mark Best
Services Director

Mark has worked in the IT industry for over 35 years amongst a number of market leading blue-chip IT and communications service providers. His experience spans technical, sales, marketing, operations and consultancy.

Having joined from a consulting-operations role leading the transformation of services for enterprise customers, system integrators and service providers, Mark’s role as Services Director encompasses accountability for Professional and Annuity Services, invluding both Managed Services and Maintenance. 

     

     
 

Natalie Matthews
Chief Operating Officer 

Natalie has over 25 years of ICT experience from having started her career at IBM. She joined Logicalis UK in 2005 as Operations Director following the acquisition of Notability Solutions, where she held a range senior operational roles during her 10 year term.

During her time at Logicalis UK, Natalie has been responsible for leading company-wide operational functions, managing large scale projects and integrating all acquisitions within Logicalis UK.

     

     
 

Sam Oliver
HR Director

Sam has led a diverse HR career across the HR Spectrum from Generalist, Recruitment and Learning, to Talent and Change teams in the UK and on a global scale.

Significant periods of Sam’s career has focused on developing high performing teams, leading culture change and developing future leaders within the organisation.

Prior to joining Logicalis Sam's experience includes working for Amazon, Tesco, IHG and United Biscuits.
