Mark Starkey
Managing Director
Having begun his career at Ernst & Young, Mark joined the Logicalis Group in September 1998 where he held various senior management positions until 2005 when he became Commercial Director at Logicalis UK.

Since then he has played a leading role in combining the operations of various acquisitions, and in building the Logicalis business in the UK; in 2012 he was appointed Chief Operating Officer.

Mark became Managing Director of Logicalis UK in March 2013; having been at the company for over a decade he has gained a unique insight into the business. He plans to build on the strong foundations already in place to help drive Logicalis UK on to the next stage of its development and success.



Matt Tyne


Matt Tyne
Finance Director
Beginning his career at BOC Group Plc, Matt qualified there as a Chartered Management Accountant and now is a Fellow of the Institute. He has held a number of finance and business roles with UK, European and Global responsibilities, and has over a decade of experience within the ICT industry.

Matt worked at Hitachi Data Systems for ten years before joining Logicalis UK in July 2007 as Finance Director, and holds overall responsibility for all back-office functions at Logicalis UK including IT, Legal, Human Resources, Finance and Operations.



 Phil Offord


Phil Offord
Sales Director
Having started his career as a field engineer for Digital Equipment, Phil soon realised that sales was where he wanted to develop his skills and moved in to a sales role within the Digital Equipment VAR community. His sales career took off and he then moved on to SITA where he managed key European and International customers, and held the position of Sales Director European Airports Division prior to his move to SCC where he led their City Commercial Sales team.

After a successful tenure at SCC, Phil moved in to the vendor space, taking a sales management role at CA Technologies leading their Strategic Alliances initiative. Having held a number of sales leadership roles within CA, culminating in Sales Director, Industries Sector, Logicalis secured him in 2012 to lead the Enterprise Sales team.

Phil was promoted to UK Sales Director in 2013, and leads the Logicalis Sales and Marketing function.



 Natalie Matthews


Natalie Matthews
Operations Director
Natalie has over 20 years of ICT experience, beginning in 1988 within the IBM Business Partner Channel. She joined Logicalis UK in 2005 as Head of Operations following the acquisition of Notability Solutions, where she held various senior operational roles during her 10 years there.

During her time at Logicalis UK, Natalie has been actively involved in combining the operations of many of Logicalis’ acquisitions. In her current role as Operations Director she has responsibility for all back-office functions, including procurement, order management, billing and administration, logistics, contracts, and facilities management.



Tim Wadey


Tim Wadey
Managed Services Director
Tim had a 21 year career in the Army before joining Logicalis UK. During his service he was deeply involved in IT and communications technology in support of military operations, culminating in a four-year tour within the Ministry of Defence defining and procuring satellite communication systems. He also developed an involvement in the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), sitting on a number of professional committees.

He joined Logicalis in 2000 as a consultant and has held a number of management and sales focused roles. Tim was instrumental in the architecture, contractual structure and subsequent initial rollout of the PSBA (Public Sector Broadband Aggregation) network contract for the Welsh Government. Tim has spent time working across the business in Managed Services, Sales, Proposition Development and Marketing prior to assuming his current role as Managed Services Director in 2013.



MIke Cummins


Mike Cummins
Technical Services Director
Mike started his career as an electronics engineer and has over 20 years in ICT under his belt. Having worked in Vendor, Distribution and Channel partners, he joined Logicalis in 1998 as a technical consultant.

During his career at Logicalis he has held positions in Pre-Sales, Technical Operations and more latterly in Business Development and Sales. Mike was instrumental in building our Unified Communications practise, a cornerstone of our solution capabilities, and one that helped develop the strong Cisco partnership we now enjoy.

An MBA graduate and a published author, Mike’s unique insight across all areas of the business, led him to be appointed Technical Services Director in 2013.



Mel Bishop


Melanie Bishop
Director of Wales
Prior to Logicalis, Melanie trained as a Chartered Accountant in Practice, before going into industry. She held the role of Financial Controller and subsequently Finance Director at Notability, an IBM Business Partner that were acquired by Logicalis in 2005, and she played a pivotal role in the integration of the business.

Following the acquisition Melanie took on the role of Commercial Manager at Logicalis UK and has been key in the integration of several other businesses. She became involved in the Welsh division in early 2009 to support the growth of the PSBA (Public Sector Broadband Aggregation) network contract, and was promoted into her current position as Director of Wales, in 2012.



 Sam Bliss


Sam Bliss
Head of HR
Sam began her career in HR after gaining her formal HR qualifications with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (IPD). She worked for Acco as Personnel Officer before moving to Flexello to gain blue collar experience. Whilst there she was promoted to Personnel Manager, before moving to Logicalis UK in August 2001, as HR Manager (South).

After joining Logicalis, Sam took on the role of Head of HR, and has worked to introduce several programmes for Logicalis employees, such as the implementation of Beyond Benefits, a flexible reward scheme; and an employee development programme to offer a variety of training courses and training mechanisms for employees.
