Along with a short tour of our Pre-Staging Lab, these facilities highlight the scale of investment and innovation made by Logicalis.


The Managed Service Centre (MSC)

At the heart of the Logicalis support operation is the Managed Services Centre (MSC) architecture offering a single point of contact for customers, with direct access to a highly skilled pool of over 50 experienced operational support staff who keep the service running 24x7, 52 weeks a year.

A visit to the MSC will demonstrate Logicalis' capabilities in the following:

  • Incident management and investigation
  • Co-ordination of the deployment of Field Service Engineers
  • Second level support services using an integrated group of technical engineering experts called the Technical Support Group (TSG).

All MSC processes and procedures follow best practice service management ITIL standards to ensure the highest level of quality and consistency is maintained for all customers.

  • Dead on Arrival (D.O.A) testing
  • Networking equipment configuration
  • Fail over testing to any designated backup system or re-routing
