Cisco

Direct Visual is a long standing Tandberg Platinum and Authorised Service Partner. Tandberg, now a Cisco company, is the world leader in Telepresence, and is uniquely positioned to satisfy customer requirements for visual communications with its end to end solution. Whether the requirement is for personal systems for SOHO applications or mobile workforces, Immersive Telepresence systems for executives and management meetings, collaborative workspaces or industry specific applications such as Medical, Remote field work or Classrooms, Tandberg has solutions that will bring leading edge, Full High Definition visual communications.

Direct Visual is also a Cisco Advanced Technology Partner for Telepresence, and is able to provide the full suite of Cisco Telepresence and Unified Communications solutions. The combination of both Tandberg and Cisco skill sets places Direct Visual in a uniquely strong position to fulfil Telepresence requirements based on either Cisco or Tandberg technology, or a combination of the two.

AMX and Crestron

Direct Visual is a partner of both AMX and Crestron control systems, and has experience of significant deployments of both technologies. The Welsh Video Network, consisting of 34 Higher and Further education institutes in Wales consists of 60+ High Definition videoconferencing studios controlled by AMX. The UHI Millennium Institute, consisting of 50+ High Definition videoconferencing studios situated in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland utilises Crestron control systems. Both solutions are designed, implemented, commissioned and supported by Direct Visual.

Extron

Direct Visual partners with Extron as its preferred supplier of multi-screen image processing. Using Extron in combination with state of the art edge-blended projection, Direct Visual creates huge and flexible display areas suitable for immersive Telepresence, collaborative workspaces or auditoria.

Microsoft

Direct Visual partners with Microsoft for the provision of mass deployed software based unified communications, using the Office Communications Server (OCS) platform. Direct Visual has the expertise and experience of integrating videoconferencing and Telepresence networks with Microsoft OCS, resulting in seamless connectivity between the technologies, including High Definition calling, Shared Presence and High Definition multi-party conferencing.

Polycom

Direct Visual partners with Polycom, a leading player in the Telepresence, Audio and Unified Communications space. Polycom, with its strong portfolio of Telephony and Audio Conferencing products, Videoconferencing and TelePresence, underpinned by powerful network infrastructure provides solutions that may ‘stand alone', or in combination with other vendors solutions that participate in Polycom's ‘Open Collaboration Network'. Polycom collaborates with Microsoft, Broadsoft, HP, Avaya and others to provide seamless integration into these vendors technologies.

Masergy

In partnership with Masergy, Direct Visual's Stratus service provides a global MPLS managed services network that is second to none. With an unmatched service level agreement guaranteeing 100% packet delivery, 100% in sequence, the Masergy network is designed from the ground up to support critical real-time traffic such as Telepresence and Voice. Of course this also means that the network is also highly capable of carrying other non-real time data too.
