Alex Louth
Managing Director

Alex has spent more than 20 years in the IT channel, amassing a great depth of experience and knowledge in leading services focused businesses to deliver transformational solutions for customers.

Having worked in both start-ups and more established global businesses, Alex owned e-DBA, a company specialising in Oracle software, hardware, managed and professional service. This business, which become Red Stack Tech in 2015 following a merger with 3sixty-analytics and the acquisition of Polish Oracle Partner, Gridwise, won several notable Oracle awards, including Oracle Partner of the Year 2010, 2011 & 2013 and UK, EMEA & Global Oracle Engineered Systems Partner of the Year 2014.

Red Stack Tech was acquired by Data Intensity, a multi-cloud managed services provider, in 2016 and Alex spent the following 2.5 years as International General Manager, integrating and growing the two businesses and leading go-to-market strategies across Europe and Asia Pacific.


Mark Lewis
Finance Director

Mark Lewis is reponsible for all aspects of the finance function including commercial, legal, procurement, and logistics in the UK. 

With almost 23 years' experience, Mark joined Logicalis from Capgemini, where he has spent 12 years in various senior financial roles, most recently as the CFO for the Application Services business unit.

Whilst in this role, he was responsible for the delivery of finance and business operations, managing a turnover of £480m and over 4,500 FTEs. 

Prior to this, Mark spent 10 years with PwC as an auditor focused on the technology sector.




John Hayes-Warren
Sales Director

John has had a successful 30-year career in technology encompassing all industry dimensions, including software, services, systems integration, consultancy, and infrastructure. Over the last 10 years, John has held sales leadership roles in VMware, Dell, Vodafone and Claranet.

John joined Logicalis in 2021 to build a successful customer engagement model to enable our current and future customers to achieve business transformation objectives successfully.

    Jen Molyneux

HR Director

With over 10 years’ experience working within HR for organisations spanning a number of different industries, Jen joined LUK in 2017 and now leads the People function for the UK business.

In her role, she is a partner to the UK Executive Leadership team, working to build an engaged and skilled workforce and leads a team that is driven to create an environment that attracts, retains and inspires talented individuals.



John Foote
Customer Success Director

John joined Logicalis in 2008 after a successful ten years at Telindus. With a business development and client management background, John has been integral in shaping the relationships we have with our largest managed services customers. 

John combines his extensive experience and customer-centric outlook to define what success for our customers mean in order to drive our after sales strategy and lead our service delivery, project management and resourcing teams. 




Tracy Venter
Managed Services Director

Tracy joins us from Conn3ct, a vendor-agnostic managed services provider specialising in Contact Centres, Unified Communications and Network Services.  Other than two years as Head of Service Management at Cable & Wireless, Tracy has spent the last 20 years at Conne3ct, being promoted through a series of positions, and was most recently Operations Director and Director of Service Design. 

Tracy now leads the operational delivery of our Managed Service portfolio and will continue to help strengthen the relationship with Logicalis South Africa. Tracy’s overarching goals will be uncovering opportunities for service improvements and optimisation.




Paul Stapley
Hybrid Cloud Practice Director

Paul joined Logicalis in the summer of 2020 and is responsible for leading our Hybrid, Multi-cloud Practice in the UK. In 2014, Paul became the founder employee and Managing Director of the UK business for a European Public Cloud MSP where he was responsible for sales, delivery and partner management.

Prior to that Paul spent almost 20 years working for BT, Tandberg Television and Ericsson, holding a number of business development and sales roles in the UK and Western Europe, predominantly in the media and broadcast industry focusing on video and data transmission infrastructure services.




Robert Price
Digital Infrastructure Practice Director

Rob is a dedicated IT professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. In his role at Logicalis, Rob and his team are responsible for the UK’s Cisco strategy, as well as marketing, pre-sales, delivery and the vendor alliance with Cisco.

Rob previously spent 20 years at Cisco in a variety of roles. Most recently, Rob was the Cisco UK Partner CTO. In this role Rob and his team were responsible for the technical enablement of Cisco’s UK partners. Prior to this Rob was the technical leader for Cisco’s Public Sector team. Rob’s earlier career was in a variety of both post and pre-sales technical roles, with organisations such as 3Com, and Ascom Timeplex.
