Logicalis will be demonstrating how companies and public sector organisations can design, build and manage sustainable IoT infrastructures at the Hannover Messe between 1-5 April 2019.
Based at the Cisco booth (Hall 6, Booth F30), it will present real-world examples of smart infrastructures using the Cisco Kinetic IoT platform and Cisco Digital Network Architecture (DNA) Center.
IoT experts from Logicalis will demonstrate examples such as the intelligent control of existing street and city lighting as part of a smart infrastructure, which can be applied to a wide range of operations - from emergency call systems to WLAN hotspots. Crucially, the model creates efficiencies by enabling the digitalisation of the existing infrastructure.
Logicalis specialists will showcase the Cisco Kinetic IoT platform, which seamlessly integrates all networks, processes and sensors, and serves as the core platform for smart IoT infrastructure. It ensures managers always have a central overview of their infrastructure and do not have to work with distributed management solutions. In addition, data from connected devices can be easily extracted, visualised and processed.
The entire network infrastructure, including IoT network components (routers, switches and WLAN) is controlled via the Cisco DNA Center. This enables centralised, secure and intuitive network management, while integrated automation simplifies the management of complex IoT infrastructures.
Cisco IoT Partner
Logicalis recently became one of the first companies to receive Cisco IoT Authorisation Partner status, which confirms Logicalis' expert status in implementing simple, secure and scalable end-to-end IoT solutions. Cisco IoT Authorisation Partner status also enables Logicalis to bring new technologies and architectures to market, to help customers develop individual IoT strategies and manage digital change.
